Designing the Human + Digital Workforce Operating Model
As AI agents move from experimentation into core enterprise workflows, organisations are entering a new phase of transformation: Operationalising AI at scale.
By 2026, IDC forecasts that 40% of enterprise roles will work directly with AI agents, fundamentally reshaping how work is designed, governed, and measured. In this new reality, CIOs and CHROs face a shared challenge: how to operationalise a human + digital workforce with clarity, control, and confidence.
This exclusive, closed-door roundtable, co-hosted by IDC and Darwinbox, brings together senior technology and HR leaders to explore how enterprises can move from isolated AI pilots to a scalable AI operating model; one where AI agents function as trusted digital coworkers embedded directly into enterprise workflows, not disconnected tools.
Grounded in IDC’s global research and enterprise benchmarks and informed by Darwinbox’s experience enabling AI-driven workforce transformation at scale, the discussion will focus on how organisations can design operating models that balance innovation speed with accountability, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Discussion Areas
- Moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale AI operations
- Defining roles, responsibilities, and decision rights
- Measuring productivity and performance in a hybrid workforce
- Managing risk, compliance, and governance without slowing innovation
- How integrated platforms enable safe, scalable AI adoption
